Разрабатывать предложения по освоению новых маршрутов; Принимать участие в разработке рекламных материалов, каталогов, брошюр и пр. и выработке концепции продвижения туристических программ; Участвовать в проведении мероприятий по продвижению туристических услуг (рекламных кампаниях, презентациях, выставках, ознакомительных турах, распространении рекламных материалов и пр.); Участвовать в организации и проведении общерайонных мероприятий (праздников, презентаций), семинаров, конференций; Организует проведение маркетинговых исследований спроса и предложений на туристические услуги; Планирует и участвует в проведении рекламных кампаний, презентаций, деловых переговоров, встреч и пр. с целью разработки и продвижения туристических программ; Осуществляет подбор справочных и рабочих материалов по туризму; Изучает региональный, российский и зарубежный опыт в сфере туризма; Разрабатывает и принимает участие в разработке туристических программ для увеличения туристической привлекательности и привлечения внебюджетных средств; Определяет стоимость услуг, включенных в туристический маршрут; Координирует регулярный сбор и анализ статистической информации об основных показателях развития туристской отрасли Одоевского района и формирует календарь событийных мероприятий; Выносит на рассмотрение руководства предложения об улучшении работы туристско-информационного центра; В пределах своей компетенции сообщать непосредственному руководителю о всех выявленных в процессе деятельности недостатках и вносить предложения по их устранению; Выполняет служебные поручения руководителя точно и в установленный срок; Организовывает и проводит рекламные кампании, выставки, презентации и пр; Изучает жалобы и претензии туристов к качеству туристского обслуживания, принимает меры по устранению недостатков в обслуживании клиентов; Подготавливает специализированную туристскую информацию, обеспечивает ее полноту, достоверность и своевременное доведение до клиентов; Осуществляет сотрудничество с туристическими агентствами; Публикует информацию о туристической привлекательности района на официальном сайте учреждения, социальных сетях; Получает информацию о времени, месте прибытия клиентов, способствует своевременному прибытию туристической группы в установленные места; Формирует отчетные документы.
