The posting

Выезжает на все пожары в районе выезда пожарной части, в том числе в вечернее, ночное время, в выходные и праздничные дни, организует и непосредственно осуществляет их тушение. Является руководителем тушения пожара (РТП) и выполняет его обязанности в соответствии с Боевым Уставом подразделений пожарной охраны до прибытия старшего должностного лица федеральной противопожарной службы. В случае угрозы перехода лесного или ландшафтного пожара на населенный пункт в охраняемом районе выезжает во главе подразделения на его защиту. При отсутствии начальника пожарной части лично возглавляет руководство тушением. Оценивает обстановку в ходе тушения пожара, определяет необходимое количество сил и средств. Передаёт информацию о развитии пожара и принимаемых мерах по его локализации и ликвидации в отдел пожарной связи Государственной противопожарной службы ГУ Забайкалпожспас . Организует подготовку работников пожарной части к тушению пожаров. Неукоснительно выполняет требования нормативных документов, приказов, распоряжений начальника ГУ Забайкалпожспас заместителей начальника ГУ Забайкалпожспас, начальника и заместителя начальника Государственной противопожарной службы, начальника пожарной части, а также начальнику отряда и заместителю начальника отряда, в штате которого находится . Исполняет обязанности начальника пожарной части на время его отсутствия (отпуск, командировка, временная нетрудоспособность). Осуществляет контроль состояния, правильности использования и хранения средств связи, пожарно-технического оборудования и снаряжения пожарных, обеспечивающих безопасность работы работников пожарной части. Обеспечивает нахождение в боевом расчёте и выезд на пожар пожарной техники и личного состава в соответствии со штатным расписанием, Расписанием выездов и Планом привлечения сил и средств подразделений пожарной охраны для тушения пожаров и проведения аварийно-спасательных работ на территории Забайкальского края.
