-обеспечение высокоэффективной и устойчивой работы питомника растений, его развитие, выполнение производственных заданий, выпуск продукции высокого качества; -организация полного цикла ухода за растениями: защита растений, фитосанитарный мониторинг, обрезка (включая формовочную и художественную), подкормки, укрытие, борьба с вредителями и болезнями. -плотная работа с отделом закупок и главным агрономом для обеспечения бесперебойной работы питомника (закуп удобрений, средств защиты для персонала, посадочного материала, инструментов и инвентаря и т.д.); - обеспечение своевременной и качественной выкопки посадочного материала в период реализации растений; - организация текущего производственного планирования, постановка задач бригаде, распределение ресурсов, выезды на объекты; - участие в приемке (сдаче) ландшафтных работ, контроль посадки растений, закладки газонов и парковых аллей, скверов; -обеспечение выполнения программы по расширению и обновлению ассортимента; - осуществление мероприятий по повышению культуры производства, эффективному использованию рабочего времени, соблюдению работниками трудовой и производственной дисциплины, правил внутреннего трудового распорядка; -ведение и составление первичной отчетности для передачи в бухгалтерию по утвержденным формам (табель учета рабочего времени, накладные на отпуск продукции, выращенной в питомнике и т.д.);

- высшее образование, дополнительное (желательно) - агрономия, лесное дело, садово-парковое и ландшафтное строительство; - опыт работы от 5 лет в профильной сфере, из которых минимум 3 года в должности управляющего/главного агронома/директора на объектах площадью от 5 га (питомники, ботанические сады, дендропарки, исторические усадьбы, элитные загородные отели, гольф-клубы); - обязателен опыт управления коллективом от 15 человек, планирования и распределения задач в коллективе; - приветствуются знания ботаники (дендрологии), физиологии растений, фитопатологии, агрохимии и почвоведения, агротехники выращивания, знания и опыт по защите растений от болезней и вредителей; -опыт деловой переписки и формирования отчётности; - ответственность, организованность, внимательность к деталям; - знание нормативов и технологии создания регулярных парков и скверов, понимание архитектурной и художественной ценности ландшафта; - знание рынка растений; - приветствуются знания в работе спецтехники и средств малой механизации.
