Оформление исходно разрешительной документации, включая формирование земельных участков и оформление прав пользования земельными участками на период строительства и реконструкции (в т.ч. оформление акта выбора земельного участка, оформление договора аренды земельного участка), подготовке документов для ввода объекта (разрешения на строительство объекта, разрешения на ввод объекта в эксплуатацию, заключения о соответствии, разрешений Ростехнадзора и др.); Контроль соответствия проектно сметной документации выданному техническому заданию; Контроль исполнения инвестиционной программы; Взаимодействие с проектной организацией в части исполнения договорных обязательств; Согласование разработанной проектно сметной документации и участие в проведении внутренней экспертизы, направление проектно сметной документации на государственную/ негосударственную экспертизу (при необходимости); Контроль за ходом выполнения и качеством разработки проектно сметной документации; Утверждение проектно сметной документации; Участие в проверках, проводимых государственными надзорными органами, внутреннем аудите, организация и контроль за устранением выданных замечаний; Ведение деловой переписки.

Высшее образование (наличие обязательно, и желательно ближе к строительному); Опыт работы от 1 года; Желательно знание 1С:Предприятие; системы электронного документооборота; В обязательном порядке знание пакета МS Оffiсе: WОRD и ЕХСЕL; Преимуществом будут навыки работы в графических редакторах; Так же преимуществом будет опыт работы со сметами (Гранд-Смета и т.п.) и сметной документацией (проектной, рабочей и т.д.).
