Почему открыта вакансия – мы усилили отдел маркетинга, получаем большее количество заявок на поступление и увеличиваем отдел продаж. Что мы предлагаем: Прозрачную систему мотивации: оклад + KPI; Окладная часть – 75 000 рублей, средний уровень дохода при выполнении плановых показателей – 150 000 рублей; Выплата заработной платы без задержек 2 раза в месяц; График работы: 5/2 с 9:00-18:00 или 10:00-19:00; Трудоустройство по ТК РФ с первого рабочего дня (оплачиваемый отпуск, больничный); Специально разработанная система адаптации и наставничества; Возможность карьерного и зарплатного роста; Возможность бесплатного получения любого уровня образования в Институте; Офис всего в 7 минутах пешком от м. Сокол. Что нужно делать: Обрабатывать по телефону входящие «тёплые» и «горячие» заявки на поступление в вуз (БЕЗ «холода»); Работать по скрипту: консультации, помощь клиентам с выбором направления и формы обучения; Вести отчетности в CRM системе, помогать клиентам в оформлении нужного пакета документов; Проводить личные встречи с заинтересованными клиентами на территории Института. Пожелания к кандидату: Желание работать и зарабатывать, быть активным и амбициозным! Быть уверенным пользователем ПК (Outlook, Excel, CRM); Эмпатичность, умение устанавливать и развивать долгосрочные отношения с клиентом; Опыт работы в продажах будет Вашим преимуществом.
