1. Осуществлять мероприятия по обеспечению определения активов на предмет профильности, порядка реализации и иного оборота непрофильных активов. 2. Осуществлять реализацию и иной оборот непрофильных активов согласно утвержденному перечню непрофильных активов и плана мероприятий по отчуждению непрофильных активов. 3. Подготавливать заседания Рабочей группы по непрофильным активам для анализа на предмет профильности актива. 4. Вести реестр непрофильных активов Общества. 5. Готовить отчеты о ходе исполнения реестра непрофильных активов; 6. Предоставлять информацию о ходе отчуждения непрофильных активов; 7. Реализовывать актив по утвержденной методике; 8. Подготавливать договоры по реализации непрофильного актива, проводить их правовую экспертизу, обеспечивать подписание и исполнение договора, а так же сопровождение договора по реализации непрофильного актива.

Специалист группы по распоряжению имуществом должен знать: 1. Законодательные акты, регламентирующие производственно-хозяйственную деятельность Общества. 2. Законодательство РФ, постановления и распоряжения правительства РФ, приказы Минэкономразвития и другие нормативные правовые акты, регулирующие деятельность в сфере проведения торгов, работ, услуг. 3. Основы антимонопольного законодательства; 4.. Основы бюджетного и административного законодательства; 5. Формы и порядок финансовых расчетов. 6. Особенности ценообразования на рынке (по направлениям). 7. Оптовые и розничные цены, номенклатуру потребляемых материалов, услуг, работ. 8. Федеральный закон №223-ФЗ от 18.07.2011г. О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц.
