Корректировать план гражданской обороны организации; разрабатывать документы (приказы, распоряжения, инструкции и т.д.) по вопросам гражданской обороны (далее ГО) учреждения; организовывать подготовку по вопросам ГО работников учреждения; осуществлять регулярные проверки состояния ГО на объектах учреждения; учитывать накопление и производить сбережение средств индивидуальной защиты, приборов разведки и дозиметрического контроля на складе учреждения; организовывать создание, комплектование и подготовку формирований ГО в структурных подразделениях учреждения; контролировать содержание защитных сооружений гражданской обороны в учреждении; своевременно доводить до работников организации новые документы, требования и указания по вопросам ГО; при получении сигнала об угрозе возникновения чрезвычайной ситуации природного или техногенного характера организовывать оповещение руководящего состава и контроль над приведением в готовность к приему укрываемых сотрудников учреждения (личного состава) защитных сооружений ГО, имеющихся в структурных подразделениях учреждения; организовывать контроль над состоянием взрыво- и огнеопасных веществ, хранящихся на объектах учреждения; при возникновении чрезвычайных ситуаций, проведении учений по ГО в масштабе административного образования участвовать в работе комиссии учреждения; обеспечивать комиссию и работников необходимыми документами; организовывать сбор данных об обстановке на объектах учреждения; готовить решение обороны организации о ведении спасательных и восстановительных работ; представлять донесения, информацию в главное управление МЧС России по Республике Карелия; планировать и организовывать проведение командно-штабных учений (тренировок) и других учений по ГО и пожарной безопасности, обеспечивать соблюдение требований пожарной безопасности на введенном ему объекте.

Владение навыками ведения гражданской обороны и пожарной безопасности, документации в области гражданской обороны и пожарной безопасности, проведения инструктажей и тренировок. Объём - 0,25 ставки. Работа осуществляется на территории работодателя, дистанционный формат работы не предусматривается.
