Организация и участие в работах по проведению технической инвентаризации объектов недвижимого имущества, согласование выявленных изменений (с подготовкой соответствующей документации), внесение изменений в ЕГРН Подготовка технических заданий, участие в работе по заключению договоров на оказание услуг в области кадастровой деятельности, услуг по технической инвентаризации, услуг на изготовление проектной документации и иных услуг в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ и Федеральным законом от 18.07.2011 № 223-ФЗ. Участие в работе по подготовке технических заключений на объекты, выбывшие из владения, пользования и распоряжения, вследствие гибели или уничтожения помимо воли владельца. Участие в работе по передаче в аренду временно неиспользуемого федерального недвижимого имущества, включая подготовку документов для согласования сделок с собственником имущества, заключение договоров аренды, государственная регистрация договоров аренды. Участие в работе по организации и проведению торгов на право заключения договоров аренды, иных договоров, предусматривающих переход прав в отношении государственного имущества, в соответствии с приказом Федеральной антимонопольной службы от 21 марта 2023 № 147/23, Федеральным законом от 26.07.2006 № 135-ФЗ О защите конкуренции .

Высшее юридическое/экономическое. Опыт работы в государственных федеральных учреждениях по направлению Учет и использование федерального имущества . Уверенный пользователь ПК, MS Excel и MS Word, дополнительно: AutoCAD, АРГО . Ответственность, исполнительность, отличные коммуникативные навыки
