Управление строительным процессом Контроль хода работ на всех объектах. Сдача готовых объектов в срок. Решение сложных инженерных задач. [1] Работа с документацией Проверка проектно-сметной документации. Согласование проектов в надзорных органах. Ведение технической отчетности. Контроль качества и безопасности Проверка качества материалов и работ. Контроль правил охраны труда. Соблюдение строительных норм и правил (СНиП, ГОСТ). [1, 2, 3] Управление ресурсами и командой Выбор подрядчиков и поставщиков. Закупка оборудования и материалов. Руководство инженерным составом.

1. Образование и квалификационные стандарты Высшее профильное образование: Диплом по направлениям Промышленное и гражданское строительство (ПГС), Строительство уникальных зданий и сооружений или смежным инженерно-техническим специальностям. Профессиональная аттестация: Наличие членства в НРС (Национальном реестре специалистов) в области строительства/проектирования (для РФ) и аттестация в Ростехнадзоре по промышленной безопасности. 2. Опыт работы Общий стаж: Не менее 8 10 лет в сфере проектирования, строительства или эксплуатации инженерных сооружений. Управленческий опыт: От 3 5 лет на руководящих должностях (главный инженер, директор по строительству, начальник технического отдела). Практический бэкграунд: Опыт успешной сдачи объектов в эксплуатацию, прохождения государственных экспертиз и взаимодействия с надзорными органами.
