The posting

- Технический контроль и выпуск на линию. Это ключевая задача. Механик проводит предрейсовый и послерейсовый осмотр автомобилей. Он проверяет всё, что влияет на безопасность: тормозную систему, рулевое управление, световые приборы, уровень технических жидкостей, давление в шинах, состояние шин, работу стеклоочистителей, тахографа и другого оборудования в машине. Если найдены неисправности, механик не выпускает машину на линию - фиксирует замечание и требует устранить проблему. После проверки он ставит отметку (подпись) в путевом листе.- Планирование и контроль ТО и ремонта. Механик составляет графики технического обслуживания и ремонта, следит за тем, чтобы работы выполнялись вовремя и качественно. Он анализирует, почему возникают поломки, и ищет способы снизить число незапланированных ремонтов. При необходимости он сам выполняет слесарные работы: меняет детали, узлы, проводит регулировку.- Работа с документацией. Он ведёт журнал учёта результатов технического контроля, составляет акты о выявленных неисправностях, оформляет заказ-наряды на ремонт. Также в его задачи может входить составление заявок на закупку запчастей и расходных материалов с обоснованием, формирование отчётов о проведённых работах. Иногда механик участвует в приёмке нового подвижного состава, а также в оформлении списания автомобилей.- Взаимодействие и контроль. Механик следит, чтобы водители соблюдали правила технической эксплуатации автомобилей, а также нормы охраны труда и техники безопасности. Он может проводить инструктажи для водителей перед выездом. Если машина сломалась прямо на линии, механик принимает меры для оперативной помощи (например, организует замену или выезд специалиста). - Организационные моменты.

- Знание устройства автомобиля. - Диагностика неисправностей. - Практические ремонтные навыки. - Работа с инструментами и оборудованием. - Знание регламентов ТО. - Работа с технической документацией. - Знание норм безопасности. Понимание требований к техническому состоянию автомобилей, допускаемых к эксплуатации (в т. ч. ПДД, техрегламент) и т.д.
