The posting

Планирование. Разработка научных концепций экспозиций и выставок, составление тематико-экспозиционных планов и общих планов выставочной деятельности. Художественное и техническое оформление. Создание проектов художественного оформления экспозиций, разработка планов расстановки экспонатов. Работа с контентом. Разработка информационных материалов и текстов для этикетажа (пояснительных надписей к экспонатам), а также материалов для навигации в пространстве. Координация и взаимодействие. Организация работы команды: взаимодействие с художниками, дизайнерами, авторами проектов, а также с логистами, производителями оборудования, партнёрами. Документационное обеспечение. Подготовка всей необходимой документации для организации выставок: учётной, таможенной, страховой, транспортной. Работа с фондами. Тесное взаимодействие с учётными и хранительскими подразделениями музея по вопросам подготовки и проведения выставок. Исследования и публикации. Проведение исследований по тематике музея, написание научных статей. Анализ и отчётность. После завершения выставки анализ её эффективности, подготовка отчётных материалов.

Знание законов и нормативных актов РФ в сфере культурного наследия, правил организации работ по созданию экспозиций и выставок. Понимание порядка учёта, хранения, изучения и обеспечения сохранности музейных предметов. Знание отечественного и международного опыта в разработке и создании экспозиций. Умение разрабатывать научные концепции, тематико-экспозиционные планы, проекты художественного оформления. Навыки создания информационных материалов и этикетажа для экспозиций. Умение составлять технические задания на оформление выставок, изготовление нестандартного оборудования. Навыки работы с документацией (учётная, таможенная, страховая, транспортная). Уверенное владение ПК, в том числе офисными программами и специализированным ПО для дизайна и презентаций. Грамотная устная и письменная речь. Умение работать в команде, взаимодействовать с хранительскими службами, экспертами, подрядчиками.
