Руководство деятельностью дирекции в соответствии с законодательством РФ, уставом организации и локальными нормативными актами. Определение стратегии, целей и задач развития дирекции. Разработка и утверждение программ развития, годовых планов, устава и правил внутреннего трудового распорядка. Определение структуры управления дирекции и штатного расписания. Решение административных, методических, финансовых и хозяйственных вопросов . Контроль за качеством работы сотрудников дирекции. Осуществление приёма на работу . Определение должностных инструкций работников, создание условий для повышения их профессионального мастерства. Поощрение и стимулирование творческой инициативы сотрудников, поддержание благоприятного морально-психологического климата в коллективе. Обеспечение расширения и развития материально-технической базы учреждения. Обеспечение эффективного взаимодействия с государственными, коммерческими, муниципальными и общественными организациями. Обеспечение соблюдения финансовой и штатной дисциплины, рациональное использование бюджетных средств и других источников финансирования. Обеспечение учёта, сохранности и пополнения материальной базы, соблюдение правил санитарно-гигиенического режима, охраны труда, техники безопасности, противопожарной защиты, антитеррористической защищённости. Ведение работы по формированию резерва кадров . Организация предоставления платных услуг населению . Контроль за исполнением поручений вышестоящих органов или руководства.
