2.1. Принимать в эксплуатацию приборы учета, водомерные узлы у абонентов различных организационно-правовых форм, ИП и граждан. 2.2. Вести регистрацию и учет в электронной и бумажной форме, принятых в эксплуатацию приборов учета предоставляемого ресурса. 2.3. Вести контроль своевременной поверки и замены (в случае необходимости) приборов учета их эксплуатации, составлять и вручать уведомления абонентам о необходимости поверки либо замене приборов учета. 2.4. Определять степень благоустройства жилых помещений, объемы водопотребления для введения личного подсобного хозяйства. 2.5. Выявлять потребителей, уклоняющихся от уплаты услуг. Предоставлять материалы юрисконсульту для оформления исковых заявлений на задолжников. 2.6. Осуществлять контроль за техническим состоянием водомерных узлов и приборов учета, сохранностью и наличием пломб, в том числе на обводных линиях и гидрантах. 2.7. Составлять акты о выявленных нарушениях абонентом либо потребителем, выносить предупреждения, извещения и уведомления для их устранения. 2.8. Производить контрольные проверки достоверности передаваемых абонентом показаний приборов учета и контролировать достоверность передаваемых абонентом данных о расходах (объемах) потребленной воды за отчетный период. Ежемесячно вести контроль измерений объемов водопотребления и водоотведения, у абонентов и потребителей. 2.9. Проводить проверки технического состояния и содержания систем водоснабжения и канализации у потребителей и абонентов, выявлять утечки на сетях абонентов. 2.10. Выявлять потребителей без разрешительной документации пользующихся ресурсом, факты самовольного присоединения к сетям и абонентов, использующих питьевую воду без заключения договора.
