Обучение Осуществление профессиональной деятельности в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС и ФОП. Разработка и реализация рабочих программ по английскому языку на основе федеральных рабочих программ Планирование и проведение учебных занятий. Систематический анализ эффективности уроков и применяемых методов обучения. Организация, контроль и оценка учебных достижений учащихся (текущих и итоговых). Формирование у детей навыков работы с информационно-коммуникационными технологиями (ИКТ). Формирование у учащихся мотивации к обучению. Проведение контрольно-оценочной работы с применением современных методов, включая ведение электронной документации (электронный журнал, дневники). Воспитательная деятельность Регулирование поведения учащихся для обеспечения безопасной образовательной среды, поддержка режима посещения занятий. Реализация современных, в том числе интерактивных, форм и методов воспитательной работы на уроках и во внеурочной деятельности. Постановка воспитательных целей, способствующих развитию обучающихся независимо от их способностей и характера. Контроль соблюдения учениками правил поведения в учебном кабинете английского языка. Способствование развитию познавательной активности, самостоятельности, инициативы и творческих способностей учащихся

Профессиональные знания и навыки Владение языком. Требуется высокий уровень: для работы в средней школе обычно ориентируются на B2 (Upper-Intermediate), а для старших классов и профильных групп на C1 (Advanced). Уровень можно подтвердить международными экзаменами (IELTS, TOEFL) или методическими сертификатами (TKT, CELTA, DELTA). Методическая подготовка. Умение планировать учебный процесс, разрабатывать рабочие программы на основе примерных, подбирать методики с учётом возраста учеников, уровня их подготовки и интересов. Использование современных технологий. Способность интегрировать в уроки цифровые ресурсы, онлайн-платформы, интерактивные методики. Индивидуальный подход. Умение адаптировать задания и формы работы под разных учеников, в том числе под тех, кто проявляет выдающиеся способности или имеет особые образовательные потребности. Кросс-культурная компетенция. Понимание культурных особенностей стран изучаемого языка, умение не только обучать языку, но и знакомить с традициями, обычаями. Навыки оценки. Умение объективно оценивать знания с помощью тестов и других методов, вести электронный журнал и дневники, давать обратную связь. Знание ФГОС. Понимание требований федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов.
