1.Обеспечивает достижение участком установленных производственных заданий по объему и качеству добычи руд и песков драгоценных металлов, проведения подготовительных выработок и выполнения горных работ, а также других технико-экономических показателей; безопасное проведение работ, соблюдение требований и норм охраны труда и промышленной санитарии; надлежащее содержание и правильную эксплуатацию оборудования, механизмов, средств пожаротушения, вентиляции; выполнение противопожарных мероприятий, средств борьбы с пылью и внезапными выбросами газа; выполнение мероприятий, разработанных комиссиями по расследованию аварий и несчастных случаев; ввода в эксплуатацию новых объектов на участке, своевременное доставки материалов и запасных частей; использование рациональных форм оплаты труда и материального поощрения; изучения рабочими участка плана ликвидации аварий, соблюдение производственной и трудовой дисциплины на участке. 2. Организует работу участка, в соответствии с планом и оперативных нарядов на выполнение работ в изменениях; правильное хранение резервного и неустановленного оборудования; расследование аварий и несчастных случаев. 3. Создает условия для освоения и выполнения норм выработки, проводит производственный инструктаж сотрудников. 4. Разрабатывает и доводит до сведения мастеров и бригадиров производственные задачи и контролирует их выполнение; внедряет мероприятия по освоению производственных мощностей и установленных нормативов, использование резервов производства, повышение производительности труда работников на основе совершенствования организации труда, механизации и автоматизации производственных процессов. 5. Принимает участие в разработке перспективных и годовых планов работы участка; в пересмотре действующих норм и в разработке норм и расценок на новые виды работ; в разработке мероприятий по автоматизации и механизации трудоемких процессов и ручных работ; в испытании новой техники; в разработке предложений по обучению и повышению квалификации работников. 6. Составляет паспорта прохождения и крепления подготовительных выработок, буровзрывных работ, крепления и управления кровлей в очистных забоях, выполнение горно-капитальных работ, схемы расстановки штата работающих, организации труда и технологические графики работы оборудования.
