The posting

Общие (сквозные) функции мастера участка Организация работ на участке. Распределение задач между рабочими, формирование нарядов-допусков, контроль сроков и качества. Планирование и учёт. Участие в формировании графиков ППР (планово-предупредительных ремонтов), учёт выполненных работ, ведение журналов, актов, дефектных ведомостей. Контроль состояния сетей и оборудования. Регулярные осмотры, фиксация дефектов, определение срочности устранения. Аварийно-диспетчерское реагирование. Координация выезда бригад, принятие оперативных решений, взаимодействие с диспетчером и смежными службами. Обеспечение ресурсами. Контроль наличия материалов, инструмента, СИЗ; формирование заявок на пополнение аварийного запаса. Охрана труда и безопасность. Проведение инструктажей, контроль соблюдения правил при работах повышенной опасности, оформление нарядов, проверка готовности бригад. Взаимодействие с внешними сторонами. Приёмка работ подрядчиков, согласование земляных работ в охранных зонах, коммуникации с УК, жителями, надзорными органами.

Действующее законодательство Российской Федерации, в том числе профессиональные стандарты, по вопросам, относящимся к деятельности Предприятия и исполнения своих должностных обязанностей, а также правовые документы, указанные в позициях Необходимые знания соответствующих трудовых функций профессиональных стандартов выполняемого вида профессиональной деятельности. 5.2. Устав и внутренние организационно-распорядительные документы Предприятия. 5.3. Правила эксплуатации оргтехники и средств связи. 5.4. Правила противопожарной безопасности. 5.5. Положения настоящей должностной инструкции. 5.6. Правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, а также иные локальные нормативные акты Предприятия по вопросам, отнесенным к его компетенции. 5.7 Постановления, распоряжения, приказы вышестоящих органов, методические, нормативные документы и другие руководящие материалы, касающиеся производственно-хозяйственной деятельности участка, в т.ч. Правил по охране труда в жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве, утвержденные Приказом Минтруда России от 29.10.2020 N 758н, Правила по охране труда при работе в ограниченных и замкнутых пространствах, утвержденные Приказом Минтруда России от 15.12.2020 N 902н, Правила по охране труда при эксплуатации объектов теплоснабжения и теплопотребляющих установок, утвержденные Приказом Минтруда России от 15.12.2020 N 902н; Порядок организации ремонтных работ и техническое обслуживание системы водоотведения;
