1. Перед началом рабочего дня водитель: 1.1. Проходит в установленном порядке предрейсовые медицинские осмотры; 1.2. Проводит подготовительные работы перед выездом (проверку технической исправности легкого автомобиля, др.); 1.3. Получает указания по маршруту движения; 1.4. Проверяет наличие действительного талона государственного технического осмотра и полиса обязательного страхования гражданской ответственности владельца транспортного средства; 2. В процессе работы водитель: 2.1. Соблюдает Правила дорожного движения; 2.2. Находится на рабочем месте в автомобиле или в непосредственной близости от него на месте, отведенном для автомобильной стоянки у административных зданий; 2.3. Не оставляет автомобиль без присмотра за пределами видимости на любой минимальный срок, дающий шанс угона автомобиля или кражи каких-либо вещей из салона, паркует автомобиль лишь на охраняемых стоянках; 2.4. Выбирает скорость движения и дистанцию в соответствии с Правилами дорожного движения и дорожной обстановкой; 2.5. Не применяет без крайней необходимости звуковые сигналы и резкие обгоны впереди идущих автомобилей; 2.6. Обеспечивает корректное плавное профессиональное вождение автомобиля, максимально обеспечивающее сохранность жизни и здоровья перевозимых работников органов местного самоуправления и учреждения, за которыми он закреплен по заявленному маршруту; 2.7. Ставит автомобиль на сигнализацию при любых случаях выхода из салона автомобиля; 2.8. Немедленно ставит в известность главного механика обо всех недостатках, обнаруженных во время работы; 2.9. Соблюдает план и маршрут движения; 2.10. Не допускает случаев подвоза каких-либо пассажиров или грузов по собственному усмотрению, а также любых видов использования автомобиля в личных целях без разрешения главного механика или директора учреждения; 2.11. Не употребляет перед или в процессе работы алкоголь, психотропные, снотворные, антидепрессивные и другие средства, снижающие внимание, реакцию и работоспособность организма человека; 2.12. Ежедневно ведет путевые листы, отмечая маршруты следования, пройденный километраж, расход топлива; 2.13. Не разглашает сведения конфиденциального характера, ставшие ему известными в процессе работы;

На должность водителя допускается лицо, достигшее 21-летнего возраста, имеющее удостоверение Госавтоинспекции на право вождения автомобилем соответствующей категории, также прошедшее медицинскую комиссию, вводный инструктаж по ТО и ТБ, первичный инструктаж на рабочем месте, стажировку и проверку знаний по основной профессии
