Проверка обоснованности закупки, ценовой информации, описание объектов закупки на соответствие требованиям нормативно-правовых актов, локальных документов заказчика. Подготовка, проверка и согласование документации / извещения на закупку. Подготовка к размещению и контроль размещения закупок: работа с электронными площадками, ЕИС, ПК Веб-Торги . Формирование лотов плана-графика в ПК Веб-Торги в рамках 44-ФЗ и 223-ФЗ Подготовка проектов контрактов / договоров, участие в их заключении и исполнении. Учет проведенных закупок, в том числе заключенных контрактов (договоров), в том числе с использование локальных информационных систем. Участие в подготовке аналитических сведений для оценки результативности закупочной деятельности МО, соблюдение сроков плана графика, исполнения контрактов. Участие в подготовке и представление руководству, вышестоящим организациям информационно аналитических материалов и отчетов

Высшее образование по специальности: Менеджмент . Дополнительное образование: Повышение квалификации в соответствии с Федеральным Законом от 05.04.2013 № 44-ФЗ (не менее 72 часов) Опыт работы не менее 3 лет в сфере закупок по №44-ФЗ и № 223-ФЗ (предпочтительно опыт работы в качестве Заказчика в бюджетных медицинских организациях) Обязательное знание Федеральных законов №44-ФЗ, №223- ФЗ и иных законов РФ и нормативно-правовых актов в сфере закупок, бюджетного, налогового, гражданского, трудового, финансового права, а также порядка заключения, оформления контрактов (договоров); порядка систематизации, учета и ведения документации Практические навыки работы в: ПК Web-торги, Единой информационной системе в сфере закупок (ЕИС), на электронных торговых площадках. Практические навыки поиска (проверки) ценовой информации с использованием общедоступных источников информации и формирования начальной (максимальной) цены контракта (договора) в соответствии с требованиями законодательства. Оформление согласно ТК РФ. Режим работы с 8-00 до 16.30 график работы: 5/2 (полная занятость)
