Анализ состояния дебиторской и кредиторской задолженности, оказание помощи в ее погашении, а также подготовка информации по результатам анализа, предоставление сведений об исполнении бюджета по доходам и расходам и кредиторской задолженности, контроль за своевременной сдачей главными распорядителями средств бюджета месячной, квартальной и годовой отчетности, за правильностью отражения данных в отчетах, осуществление свода месячной, квартальной и годовой бухгалтерской и бюджетной отчетности главных распорядителей бюджетных средств для формирования отчетности об исполнении бюджета с необходимыми приложениями, ведение учета имущества, обязательств, поступающих основных средств, товарно-материальных ценностей и денежных средств, исполнения сметы расходов управления, соблюдение порядка оформления первичных и бухгалтерских документов, расчетов и платежных обязательств, организация и участие в проведении инвентаризации нефинансовых активов, финансовых активов и обязательств управления, составление и своевременная отправка месячных, квартальных и годовых отчетов об исполнении сметы расходов на содержание управления. Прием и проверка, представленных клиентами платежных документов, обработка и формирование платежных поручений, формирование выписок по лицевым счетам, формирование электронных пакетов из платежных поручений, прием документов для открытия лицевого счета, проверка планов финансов- хозяйственной деятельности, формирование сводного реестра в Электронном бюджете .

- умение работать на компьютере, в том числе в сети Интернет; - умение работать в информационно-правовых системах, необходимых программных обеспечениях.
