Обеспечение рабочих мест: комплектовать рабочие места деталями, полуфабрикатами, инструментами, рабочими нарядами и технической документацией в соответствии со сменными заданиями; обеспечивать рабочие места ответственными и дорогостоящими материалами, заготовками, приспособлениями и документацией. Учёт и контроль движения материалов: принимать и сдавать детали, проходящие межоперационную обработку в других цехах (количественный приём); вести учёт прохождения изделий и узлов согласно утверждённому графику; снимать остатки незавершённого производства; составлять сличительные ведомости движения деталей и механизмов; оформлять акты при обнаружении недостачи деталей, механизмов и узлов. Работа с ответственными и дорогостоящими компонентами: принимать, выдавать и хранить ответственные дорогостоящие детали, механизмы и узлы на участках с большой номенклатурой наименований; контролировать сохранность и целевое использование дорогостоящих материалов и комплектующих. Планирование и отчётность: участвовать в подготовке сменно‑суточных производственных заданий по участкам; вести учёт выполненной работы; формировать и вести учётную и отчётную документацию по движению материалов, деталей и узлов. Соблюдение регламентов и норм: соблюдать правила охраны труда, пожарной безопасности, промышленной санитарии и внутреннего трудового распорядка; поддерживать требования культуры производства на рабочем месте; выполнять внутренние стандарты предприятия по организации складского хозяйства и документооборота.

Образование: среднее специальное или высшее (техническое преимущество). Опыт работы: от 1 2 лет на аналогичных должностях в условиях многономенклатурного производства (машиностроение, приборостроение и т. п.). Навыки работы с ПО: владение ERP‑системами (1С:Предприятие), уверенный пользователь MS Excel (формирование отчётов, работа с таблицами). Знание нормативной базы: понимание принципов складского учёта, документооборота на производстве.
