Приемная комиссия — это не просто отдел, а целая служба, являющаяся первым и ключевым этапом для каждого абитуриента. Мы ищем сильного лидера, который возьмет под свое управление эту структуру из 6 отделов и 60 человек и выведет ее на новый уровень эффективности. Мы ищем не просто администратора, а талантливого управленца-оптимизатора, способного выстроить и усовершенствовать работу сложной структуры в условиях постоянного потока задач. Чем предстоит заниматься: Стратегическое и операционное управление всей службой приемной комиссии. Аудит и реинжиниринг текущих бизнес-процессов Формирование и анализ отчетности работы отдела Управление качеством клиентского сервиса Обеспечение быстрой адаптации процессов к меняющимся внутренним и внешним требованиям Обеспечение выполнения нормативных требований регулятора Экспертное решение нестандартных и спорных вопросов абитуриентов Разработка и актуализации нормативной документации Контроль за корректной работой в федеральных информационных системах Наши ожидания от кандидата: Подтвержденный опыт управления командой (от 30 человек), которая напрямую работает с клиентами и большим потоком документов. Опыт успешной оптимизации бизнес-процессов, подкрепленный конкретными результатами. Аналитический склад ума: умение работать с данными, формировать отчеты, видеть за цифрами реальные проблемы и возможности для улучшений. Развитые лидерские качества и эмоциональный интеллект: умение не только мотивировать и развивать команду, но и принимать сложные кадровые решения. Высокая стрессоустойчивость и готовность к работе в интенсивном режиме. Будет плюсом: Опыт работы в приемной комиссии вуза или в образовательной сфере. Высшее юридическое образование будет вашим серьезным преимуществом для быстрой адаптации и грамотной работы с нормативной базой.
