Организация и координация работы учебно-оздоровительной базы: от планирования до реализации мероприятий. Управление персоналом: подбор, обучение, мотивация и развитие команды. Обеспечение высокого уровня сервиса и безопасности для гостей и сотрудников. Взаимодействие с университетом, партнёрами и поставщиками. Контроль за хозяйственной деятельностью, бюджетированием и эффективным использованием ресурсов. Разработка и внедрение новых программ, направленных на развитие базы и повышение её привлекательности. Решение административных и организационных вопросов.

Руководство деятельностью базы. Директор определяет стратегию развития, ставит цели и задачи, контролирует их выполнение; Административно-хозяйственное управление. Планирование бюджета, контроль за расходованием средств, обеспечение базы необходимым оборудованием, инвентарём и материалами. Организация ремонтов текущих и капитальных зданий, сооружений и техники; Работа с персоналом. Подбор, расстановка и мотивация сотрудников. Организация повышения их квалификации. Контроль за соблюдением трудовой дисциплины, правил охраны труда, пожарной безопасности; Обеспечение безопасности. Ключевой пункт: директор несёт ответственность за жизнь и здоровье участников/студентов во время пребывания на базе. Он контролирует безопасность мероприятий, занятий, использования оборудования, а при угрозе приостанавливает работу или отдельные активности; Взаимодействие с внешними организациями. Заключение договоров с партнёрами, образовательными учреждениями, спортивными федерациями, спонсорами, участие в профильных проектах и программах; Соблюдение нормативных требований. Директор действует в рамках законодательства, устава организации, правил внутреннего распорядка и других локальных актов. Условия: 1. Официальное оформление в соответствии с Трудовым законодательством РФ (заключается бессрочный трудовой договор), оплачиваются отпускные и больничные 2. График: пятидневная рабочая неделя, с 9:00 до 17:45. Перерыв на обед с 13:00 до 13:45 3. Заработная плата: 116 880 рублей (до вычета налогов) 4. Полностью оборудованное рабочее место 5. Место работы: Краснодарский край, Туапсинский р-н, с. Ольгинка, ул. Заречная 1А
