1. осуществляет подготовку материалов для рассмотрения на заседании Комиссии; 2. выполняет поручения председателя и заместителя председателя Комиссии; 3. отвечает за ведение делопроизводства Комиссии; 4. вносит предложения по совершенствованию работы по профилактике безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних, защите их прав и законных интересов, выявлению и устранению причин и условий, способствующих безнадзорности и правонарушениям несовершеннолетних; 5. оповещает членов Комиссии и лиц, участвующих в заседании Комиссии, о времени и месте заседания, проверяет их явку, знакомит с материалами по вопросам, вынесенным на рассмотрение Комиссии; 6. обеспечивает контроль исполнения постановлений (решений) комиссии; 7. осуществляет контроль и принимает необходимые меры по исполнению постановлений (решений) комиссии о назначении административных штрафов; 8. ведет персонифицированный учет несовершеннолетних лиц, обсужденных на заседаниях Комиссии; 9. осуществляет сбор, обобщение предложений членов Комиссии, органов и учреждений системы профилактики безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних в муниципальном образовании для формирования проекта плана работы комиссии на год; 10. обеспечивает своевременное внесение информации в ЕИС Траектория; 11. участвует в межведомственных рейдах. 12. посещает учреждения, организации, обеспечивающие реализацию несовершеннолетними их прав на образование, труд, отдых, охрану здоровья и медицинскую помощь, жилище и иных прав, в целях проверки поступивших в Комиссию сообщений о нарушении прав и законных интересов несовершеннолетних, наличии угрозы в отношении их жизни и здоровья, ставших известными случаях применения насилия и других форм жестокого обращения с несовершеннолетними, а также в целях выявления причин и условий, способствовавших нарушению прав и законных интересов несовершеннолетних, их безнадзорности и совершению правонарушений.
