The posting

- устраняет повреждения и неисправности по заявкам работников суда; - соблюдает правила техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и пожарной безопасности; - разрабатывает и внедряет мероприятия по благоустройству и озеленению территорий и сооружений относящихся к Верховному Суду Республики Бурятия; - наблюдение за своевременной очисткой дворовых мусорных ящиков; за исправностью и сохранностью всего наружного домового оборудования и имущества (заборов, лестниц, карнизов, водосточных труб, урн, вывесок и т.д.); за сохранностью зеленых насаждений и их ограждений; - стрижка травы и декоративных кустарников; - полив водой всех уличных территорий вокруг здания Верховного Суда Республики Бурятия, в т.ч. газонов, клумб и зеленых насаждений; - уборка и содержание в надлежащем санитарном состоянии здания и прилегающих к территории дворов, тротуаров, урн, подвала, чердака; - очистка от снега и льда дворовых территорий, тротуаров, водостоков; - ежедневный обход здания суда на выявление повреждений, течей трубопроводов; - уборка автостоянки на территории Верховного Суда Республики Бурятия; - оказание помощи в погрузке почты; - на рабочего может быть возложено исполнение обязанностей дворника в случае его отсутствия (временного отсутствия).
