Осуществление общего руководства (управление) всеми направлениями деятельности учреждения в соответствии с уставом учреждения, законодательством Российской Федерации и Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа, решение методических, административных, финансовых, хозяйственных и иных вопросов, возникающих в процессе деятельности учреждения; утверждение документов планирования по основным направлениям деятельности учреждения и их реализация; взаимодействие с подрядчиками и поставщиками товаров, работ, услуг, связанных с обеспечением материальных потребностей; поддержание на должном уровне состояния инфраструктуры учреждения; контроль обеспечения правильной эксплуатации, сохранности и учета материальных ресурсов и инфраструктуры, технической исправности имущества, включая инициирование мероприятий по текущему и капительному ремонту зданий и сооружений, поддержанию на должном уровне состояния инфраструктуры, благоустройству, озеленению и уборке прилегающей территории; обеспечение функционирования внутренней системы оценки качества оказания муниципальных услуг; мониторинг и контроль качества оказываемых услуг; обеспечение достижения заданных муниципальным заданием требований к качеству и объему (содержанию), условиям, порядку и результатам оказания муниципальных услуг, а также использования выделенных учреждению бюджетных средств на выполнение муниципального задания.

Высшее образование по направлению подготовки: "Государственное и муниципальное управление" или "Менеджмент" или "Управление персоналом" и стаж работы на педагогических должностях не менее 5 лет или высшее образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование в области государственного и муниципального управления или менеджмента или экономики и стаж работы на педагогических или руководящих должностях не менее 5 лет. От соискателя требуется справка о наличии (отсутствии) судимости и (или) факта уголовного преследования либо о прекращении уголовного преследования.
