Проводить периодический осмотр технического состояния обслуживаемых зданий, сооружений, оборудования и механизмов, их техническое обслуживание и текущий ремонт с выполнением всех видов ремонтно-строительных (штукатурных, малярных, обойных, бетонных, плотничных, столярных и др.) с применением подмостей, люлек, подвесных и других страховочных и подъемных приспособлений; Проводить периодические осмотры систем центрального отпления, воноснабжения, канализации, газоснобжения, водостоков, теплоснабжения, вентиляции, кондиционирования воздуха и другого оборудования, механизмов и конструкций; Выполнять мелкий ремонт; Сообщать о всех неисправностях или аварийных ситуациях начальнику ООИК; Осуществлять уборку после выполнения всех видов работ; Производить погрузочно-разгрузочные работы при приобретении мебели, оборудования; Производить мелкий ремонт мебели, её сборку, разборку, исправлять повреждения и неисправности (по заявкам).

Рабочий по комплексному обслуживанию и ремонту зданий 3 разряда (0,5 ставки). Назначение на должность рабочего осуществляется без требований к образованию и стажу. Рабочий должен знать и соблюдать: -правила внутреннего распорядка, Положение о пропускном и внутриобъектовом режиме и охране зданий и помещений Отделения, должностную инструкцию; -основы ремонтно-строительных работ и способы их выполнения, виды материалов, назначение и устройство инструментов, приспособлений, машин, механизмов и оборудования пр ведении работ, правила техники безопасности при выполнении ремонтно-строительных работ. Социальный пакет. Режим работы по согласованию. Неполный рабочий день (0,5 ставки). Отпуск 44 календарных дня. Заработная плата от 17542 руб. (без учета северной надбавки) до 25169 руб. в месяц (с учетом районного коэффициента и северной надбавки).
