The posting

1. Организует разработку стратегических и оперативных логистических планов с учетом целей и задач организации. 2. Осуществляет проектирование логистических систем и мероприятий по их внедрению, обеспечивает работу элементов логистической системы. 3. Осуществляет управление перевозками, грузопереработкой, складированием, иными сервисными операциями. 4. Организует работы по созданию и внедрению логистических информационных систем. 5. Анализирует материально-техническую базу организации (количество, виды и состояние автотранспортных средств, погрузочно-разгрузочного оборудования) с целью подбора наиболее оптимальных транспортных средств для перевозки соответствующих грузов. 6. Организует расчеты технико-эксплуатационных показателей работы подвижного состава автотранспорта, расчеты тарифов, платежей и сборов.

Менеджер-логист должен знать: - Федеральные законы от 08.11.2007 N 259-ФЗ "Устав автомобильного транспорта и городского наземного электрического транспорта", от 09.02.2007 N 16-ФЗ "О транспортной безопасности", от 30.06.2003 N 87-ФЗ "О транспортно-экспедиционной деятельности", Правила транспортно-экспедиционной деятельности, иные акты, относящиеся к транспортной и транспортно-экспедиционной деятельности; - международные соглашения и конвенции по транспорту; - соглашения о международном грузовом сообщении; - правила перевозки различных грузов автомобильным транспортом; - основы таможенного законодательства; - технологию взаимодействия с таможенными органами; - формы транспортной, грузовой и финансовой документации; - правила заключения и оформления коммерческих договоров; - основы организации транспортного процесса; - схемы соответствующих транспортных сетей и основные маршруты следования грузов; - порядок приема и сдачи грузов; - адреса поставщиков грузов, их складов; - формы документов на прием и отправку грузов и правила их оформления - порядок составления требований на транспорт, особенности транспортировки, складирования и хранения экспедируемых материалов; - порядок регистрации отправителей и получателей грузов; - принципы прогнозирования и планирования в логистике; - принципы планирования и проектирования логистических систем, формирования логистических связей; - методы математического моделирования и формализации задач, разработки алгоритмов, математического и логического анализа; - основы менеджмента, маркетинга, организации производства, современных бизнес-технологий, финансового управления; - основы экономики, организации производства, труда и управления.
