The posting

- формирование в системе 1С.Предприятия электронные заявок на запасные части, комплектующие, расходные материалы, ппроверку каталожных, номенклатурных номеров на продукцию;- осуществлять подготовку заявок на оборудование, услуги. Составлять и согласовывать в установленном порядке технические задания к заявкам.- осуществлять контроль посредством проверок, за остатками ТМЦ на складах в сопоставлении с производственной потребностью;- отражать производство всех видов работ по планово-предупредительному ремонту и техническому обслуживанию оборудования в ежемесячном отчете;- вести графики планово-предупредительных ремонтов (план/факт);- контролировать процесс проведения претензионной работы;- разрабатывать мероприятия по повышению безопасной работы оборудования и замене устаревшего, механизации и автоматизации трудоёмких процессов и контролировать их выполнение.;- осуществлять контроль сроков поставки и исполнения заявок;- осуществлять прием на хранение, учет, отпуск ТМЦ (запчасти, оборудование и пр.);- участвовать в закупочной процедуре, как ответственный член закупочной комиссии от Заказчика.- осуществлять подготовку технической оценки;- участвовать, как представителя Заказчика при приемке ТМЦ на складе;- осуществлять организацию и контроль работы общества в части реструктуризации имущества.

Высшее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы на инженерно-технических должностях не менее 3 лет или среднее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы на инженерно-технических должностях не менее 5 лет. Прохождение аттестации в области промышленной безопасности и проверка знаний по охране труда в течение месяца с момента трудоустройства.Инженер по комплектации должен занть, как минимум:- положение о производственном контроле за соблюдением требований промышленной безопасности на опасных производственных объектах Компании; - положение по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту технологического оборудования; - единую систему планово-предупредительного ремонта и рациональной эксплуатации технологического оборудования; - порядок составления ведомостей дефектов, паспортов, альбомов чертежей запасных частей, инструкций по эксплуатации оборудования; - порядок составления смет на проведение ремонтов, заявок на оборудование, материалы, запасные части, инструмент; - правила приема и сдачи оборудования после ремонта.
