Начисление выплат и налогов: Рассчитывает заработную плату (оклады, тарифные ставки, сдельную оплату), отпускные, больничные, командировочные, премии, компенсации и другие выплаты, предусмотренные системой оплаты труда Исчисляет и начисляет НДФЛ с выплат сотрудникам. Начисляет страховые взносы с выплат работникам. 2. Работа с первичной документацией: Принимает, проверяет и обрабатывает документы, влияющие на начисления: табели учёта рабочего времени, листки нетрудоспособности, приказы о приёме, переводе, увольнении, графики отпусков. Оформляет необходимые документы для расчёта налогов и взносов. 3. Удержания и выплаты: Производит удержания из заработной платы, в том числе по исполнительным листам (алименты, штрафы), а также по заявлениям сотрудников. Оформляет ведомости на выплату зарплаты, платёжные поручения, реестры для банка. Ведёт учёт удержаний и исполнительных документов, уведомляет судебных приставов о причинах окончания удержаний. 4. Отчётность: Готовит данные для налоговой и статистической отчётности (формы 6-НДФЛ, РСВ, ЕФС-1, персонифицированные сведения). Сдает отчётность в ФНС и СФР, отвечает на требования контролирующих органов. Участвует в подготовке годовой и квартальной финансовой отчётности. Контролирует соблюдение сроков и полноты расчётов с персоналом. Проводит контрольные сверки: проверяет общую сумму начислений и фонд оплаты труда, остатки и удержания по исполнительным листам, соответствие табеля, приказов и начислений. 6. Взаимодействие с сотрудниками и другими подразделениями: Консультирует сотрудников по вопросам начислений, разъясняет расчёты. Выдает по запросам сотрудников копии документов, справок, выписок, связанных с зарплатой. При необходимости взаимодействует с кадровой службой для получения необходимых данных. 7. Административно-организационные задачи: Формирует и ведёт базу данных бухгалтерской информации в пределах своих обязанностей. Обеспечивает сохранность вверенных бухгалтерских документов и оформляет их для передачи в архив. Вносит предложения по совершенствованию учёта и оптимизации затрат на оплату труда.

Начисление зарплаты и других выплат (отпускных, больничных, командировочных, премий, материальной помощи и др.) работникам. Расчёт налогов и взносов с начисленных выплат. Оформление различных выплат и удержаний, включая алименты и другие виды взысканий. Отчётная функция: подготовка бухгалтерской информации для руководства, составление и сдача отчётности в налоговые органы, СФР, органы статистики и другие контролирующие инстанции. Методологическая работа: участие в совершенствовании системы учёта, разработке форм первичных документов, внедрении автоматизированных систем, проведении инвентаризаций. Аналитическая деятельность: исследование финансово-хозяйственных показателей, связанных с оплатой труда, выявление резервов экономии, участие в разработке систем материального стимулирования персонала. Консультирование работников по вопросам начисления заработной платы и удержаний.
