Основные обязанности сотрудника: 1.Осуществлять общее руководство деятельностью механо-сборочного участка; 2.Осуществлять руководство работой по производственному планированию на участке, направленному на организацию рациональной хозяйственной деятельности, выявляющей и использующей резервы производства, с целью достижения наибольшей результативной деятельности. 3.Организовывать оперативный контроль над ходом производства, за обеспечением производства конструкторско-технологической документацией, инструментом, приспособлениями, материалами, комплектующими изделиями, средствами индивидуальной и коллективной защиты. 4.Координировать работу мастеров участка, с целью обеспечения ритмичности выполнения календарных планов производства, графиков ремонта, предупреждения и устранения нарушений хода производственного процесса. 5.Обеспечивать своевременное оформление, учет и регулирование выполнения заказов и услуг.нтролировать выполнение в установленные сроки предписаний, предложений и мероприятий по улучшению условий труда, предусмотренные актами, планами, коллективным договором, приказами и распоряжениями. 7.Обеспечивать выполнение производственных заданий в полном объеме с высоким качеством и в установленные сроки. 8.Обеспечивать технически правильную эксплуатацию оборудования и других основных средств, выполнение графиков их ремонтов. 9.Обеспечивать соблюдение работниками участка, трудовой, производственной и технологической дисциплины, требований должностных инструкций, инструкций по охране труда, правил техники безопасности, промсанитарии и пожарной безопасности. 10.Организует работу по повышению квалификации рабочих, специалистов и ИТР участка, проводит воспитательную работу в коллективе.

Наличие высшего (технического) образования, опыт работы в аналогической должности более 3-х лет. Требуемые знания, навыки: 1.Технические требования, предъявляемые к продукции механо-сборочного участка, технологию ее производства; 2.Правила эксплуатации оборудования; 3.Порядок и методы технико-экономического и текущего производственного планирования; 4.Формы и методы производственно-хозяйственной деятельности; 5.Основы экономики, организации труда производства и управления; 7.Основы трудового законодательства; 8.Основы экологического законодательства
