1. Управление технологическим процессом. Запуск и остановка установки (мобильной или стационарной, цикличного или непрерывного действия). Подготовка компонентов для смеси: загрузка цемента, песка, щебня, воды, добавок. Дозирование компонентов по заданной рецептуре. Управление самим процессом смешивания: подача материалов в смеситель, перемешивание до однородности, выгрузка готовой смеси. Контроль ключевых параметров: точность дозировки, время смешивания, соотношение воды и цемента, температурный режим смеси. Корректировка состава смеси по указаниям технолога (например, введение модификаторов пластификаторов, морозостойких добавок). 2. Контроль качества и учёт. Регулярный контроль качества получаемой бетонной смеси. Отбор контрольных образцов для лабораторных испытаний (на прочность, плотность, морозостойкость). Ведение учёта произведённой продукции. Фиксация параметров каждой партии в отчётной документации. 3. Техническое обслуживание и устранение неполадок. Осмотр установки перед началом работы для выявления мелких механических повреждений и неисправностей, их устранение. Очистка рабочих узлов и деталей после каждого замеса и в конце смены. Выполнение ежесменного технического обслуживания: смазка, дозаправка и замена масла в узлах и агрегатах, проверка и подтяжка крепёжных соединений. Проведение профилактического технического обслуживания не реже одного раза в месяц в соответствии с техническими условиями конкретной модели установки. Выполнение мелкого ремонта без разборки узлов, агрегатов и деталей. Проверка работы установки после планово-предупредительного ремонта, чтобы выявить скрытые неисправности, требующие дополнительного вмешательства. 4. Организационные и вспомогательные задачи. Контроль наличия необходимых материалов для бесперебойного производства. Своевременная промывка оборудования по окончании смены. Взаимодействие с технологической лабораторией и службой логистики (например, по указаниям технолога корректировать состав смеси). Подготовка оборудования к сдаче в ремонт и приём его из ремонта. Соблюдение правил техники безопасности и охраны труда.

Умения: Осматривать установку перед началом работы, выявлять и устранять мелкие механические повреждения. Очищать рабочие узлы и детали после каждого замеса и в конце смены. Выполнять ежесменное и профилактическое техническое обслуживание (смазка, дозаправка, проверка крепёжных соединений). Производить мелкий ремонт без разборки узлов. Читать рабочие чертежи. Знания: Способы осмотра и проверки исправности установки. Признаки и причины мелких неисправностей, способы их устранения. Состав работ по ежесменному и профилактическому обслуживанию для конкретной модели. Правила эксплуатации бетоносмесительной установки. Перечень возможных неисправностей, их причин и способов устранения. Требования к техническим параметрам исправной работы. Нормы на ремонт и замену узлов. Сроки и правила проведения планово-предупредительных ремонтов. Требования охраны труда и пожарной безопасности.
