⁠1. Обеспечивать контроль за подготовкой пакета документов для заключения контрактов, заключением контрактов учреждениями здравоохранения на выполнение мероприятий по строительно монтажных работ, капитальным ремонтам и разработке проектно сметной документации и их с исполнение; 2. Осуществлять контроль за выполнением строительно монтажных работ и разработке проектно сметной документации на объектах здравоохранения; 3. Осуществлять мониторинг мероприятий по капитальному строительству и ремонту учреждений, отнесенных к ведению Министерства здравоохранения Республики Крым; 4. Обеспечивать контроль за введением в эксплуатацию объектов строительства и ремонта на объектах здравоохранения; 5. Предоставлять в Министерство здравоохранения Республики Крым отчет о заключении контрактов на выполнение мероприятий; 6. Осуществлять мониторинг выполнения мероприятий по капитальному строительству, капитальному ремонту, реконструкции в рамках национальных программ Министерства здравоохранения Республики Крым и медицинских организациях; 7. Осуществлять мониторинг и контроль за выполнением строительно-монтажных работ, производством пуско-наладочных работ, прохождением подрядными организациями государственной строительной экспертизы 8. Осуществлять мониторинг предоставления утвержденного перечня документов при подготовке заключения государственных контрактов на выполнения мероприятий по капитальному строительству, капитальному ремонту, реконструкции в рамках национальных программ Министерства здравоохранения Республики Крым и медицинских организациях; 9. Осуществлять подготовку и согласование утвержденного перечня обосновывающих документов по объектам, включаемым в национальные государственные программы Министерства здравоохранения Республики Крым и медицинских организациях; 10. Формировать аналитическую справочную информацию и взаимодействуют со структурными подразделениями Учреждения с целью предоставления в адрес Министерства здравоохранения Республики Крым о достижении результатов выполнения мероприятий по капитальному строительству, капитальному ремонту, реконструкции в рамках национальных программ; 11. Запрашивать и анализирует материалы и документы от подведомственных учреждений Министерства здравоохранения Республики Крым подтверждающие достижение результатов выполнения строительно-монтажных работ и разработки проектно-сметной документации;

Знание законодательства РФ. Уверенное владение Excel. Навыки работы с технической документацией. Аналитическое мышление. Ответственность, внимательность.
