Осуществляет прием и увольнение работников Учреждения, заключает трудовые договоры, принимает меры поощрения и дисциплинарного взыскания к работникам Учреждения, в соответствии с законодательством РФ. Утверждает должностные инструкции работников. Осуществляет подбор, расстановку кадров, повышение квалификации работников.Распоряжается финансовыми средствами и имуществом Учреждения в пределах своей компетенции.Обеспечивает составление и представление на утверждение администрации города Нефтеюганска бюджетную смету Учреждения. Утверждает локальные правовые акты. Издает в пределах своей компетенции приказы и дает указания работникам Учреждения. Обеспечивает соблюдение штатно-финансовой дисциплины, рационального использования бюджетных средств, сохранность вверенного имущества. Заключает и расторгает муниципальные контракты. Обеспечивает организацию ведения бухгалтерского учета, предоставление отчетности в установленные законодательством РФ сроки, начисления и уплаты налогов, достоверность бухгалтерских отчётов и соблюдения сроков её предоставления в соответствующие органы и администрацию города Нефтеюганска. Утверждает бухгалтерскую и иную отчётность Учреждения. Ведет приём граждан, организовывает и контролирует работу с обращениями и заявлениями.Обеспечивает защиту сведений, составляющих служебную и коммерческую тайну.Обеспечивает выплату в полном размере заработной платы, пособий и иных выплат работникам Учреждения в соответствии с законодательством РФ, коллективным договором, правилами внутреннего трудового распорядка и трудовыми договорами.

высшее профессиональное образование (юридическое, экономическое) и стаж работы на руководящих должностях соответствующей профилю предприятия не менее 5 лет. Замещение данной должности осуществляется на конкурсной основе в администрации города
