Проведение приемочного контроля поступающих ЛП, МИ, ДЗ и проверки сопроводительных документов в установленном порядке Изъятие из обращения ЛП, МИ, ДЗ, пришедших в негодность, с истекшим сроком годности, фальсифицированной, контрафактной и недоброкачественной продукции Регистрация результатов приемочного контроля поступающих ЛП, МИ, ДЗ в установленном порядке Интерпретация положения нормативных правовых актов, регулирующих обращение ЛП, МИ, ДЗ Проведение оценки ЛП, МИ, ДЗ по внешнему виду, упаковке, маркировке, проверка срока годности ЛП, МИ, ДЗ Проведение проверки сопроводительной документации Оформление документации установленного образца по приемочному контролю ЛП, МИ, ДЗ, по изъятию продукции из обращения Проведение предметно-количественного учета ЛП, МИ, ДЗ Осуществление эффективных коммуникаций в устной и письменной форме с коллегами, другими работниками здравоохранения и пациентами при решении профессиональных задач Анализ и оценка результатов собственной деятельности, деятельности коллег и других работников здравоохранения для предупреждения профессиональных ошибок и минимизации рисков для пациента Самостоятельно планировать и организовывать свою производственную деятельность и эффективно распределять свое время.Обеспечение хранения ЛП, МИ, ДЗ Сортировка поступающих ЛП, МИ, ДЗ с учетом их физико-химических свойств, требований к условиям, режиму хранения особых групп лекарственных средств Обеспечение, контроль соблюдения режимов и условий хранения, необходимых для сохранения качества, эффективности, безопасности ЛП, МИ, ДЗ, их физической сохранности Изъятие ЛП, МИ, ДЗ, пришедших в негодность, с истекшим сроком годности, фальсифицированной, контрафактной, недоброкачественной продукции Проведение предметно-количественного учета определенных групп лекарственных препаратов Ведение отчетной документации в установленном порядке...
