ответственность за все инженерное оборудование предприятия; организация проведения осмотра и контроль над функционированием инженерных участков (10 электрических распределительных трансформаторных подстанций, 9 дизельных генераторных установок, 120 вводно-распределительных устройств, 2 газовые котельные, водозаборный узел, 44 тепловых узла, 4 канализационные насосные станции, очистные сооружения для бытовой канализации, ливневая канализация); учет электроэнергии и контроль над рациональным расходованием и последовательным систематическим соблюдением режима экономии; обеспечения наличия всех схем электроснабжения, расположения ВРУ, ДГУ и внутренних пожарных гидрантов; контроль, учет выработки и потребления электроэнергии, тепла, воды и водоотведения; взаимодействие с Ростехнадзором, с органами местного самоуправления и хозяйствующими субъектами; контроль соблюдения норм ПБ, ТБ и охраны труда; руководство над подчиненными (Департамент по эксплуатации: 7 Руководителей участков + 100 рабочих сотрудников).

высшее техническое (в преимуществе энергетическое) образование; V группа допуска по электробезопасности; опыт практической работы в аналогичной должности от 3 лет в службах эксплуатации объектов коммерческой недвижимости класса А от 100 000 кв.м.; знание принципов эксплуатации инженерных систем и оборудования зданий (отопление, холодоснабжение, вентиляция, слаботочные системы, электроснабжение), их конструктивных элементов и нормативной документации; способность оперативно принимать решения в случаях возникновения аварийных ситуаций; уверенный пользователь ПК, MS Office, AutoCad; результативность, энергичность ответственность, коммуникабельность, умение работать в режиме многозадачности; знание электрического учета: - подключение счетчиков и трансформаторов тока - проверка приборов учета электроэнергии - умение выявлять хищение и недоучет электроэнергии опыт работы с трансформаторными подстанциями 0, 4 кВ и 10 кВ.
