- Осуществляет непосредственное руководство деятельностью персонала рентгенологического отделения и несет полную ответственность за качество и своевременность диагностики, обеспечение безопасности пациентов и персонала; -Контролирует проведение рентгенодиагностические исследования согласно четко сформулированным показаниям и принимает окончательное решение по их выполнению, определяя необходимый объем и рациональную методику исследования, проведение инвазивных и неинвазивных процедур; - Участвует в освоении и внедрении новых диагностических методик; - Проводит консультативную работу по оценке результатов рентгенодиагностических исследований в диагностическом комплексе; - Участвует в разборе сложных случаев и диагностических ошибок; - Ведет учетно - отчетную документацию, анализ количественных и качественных показателей; - Контролирует ведение листка учета дозовой нагрузки на обследуемого пациента.
