Сбор исходных данных и обосновывающих материалов, необходимых для разработки сметных расчетов. Разработка и оформление сметных расчетов на проектно-изыскательские работы, экспертизу документации. Разработка и оформление сметных расчетов (сводные сметные расчеты, объектные и локальные сметы, ресурсные ведомости и т.д.) на строительно-монтажные, пусконаладочные работы, работы капитального\текущего ремонтов, консервацию и ликвидацию объектов. Проверка сметной документации в части соответствия расценок строительно-монтажных, ремонтных, пуско-наладочных работ и применения сметных цен строительных ресурсов. Разработка документации для проведения конкурса на право заключения договоров подряда, расчеты максимальной стоимости проектно-изыскательских и строительно-монтажных работ, работ капитального\текущего ремонта. Проверка актов выполненных работ КС-2 по объектам капитального\текущего ремонтов. Делопроизводство отдела.

Стаж работы не менее 2 лет в области ценообразования и сметного нормирования строительства или эксплуатации железнодорожной инфраструктуры Знания, необходимые для работы - Программный комплекс Гранд-смета, комплекс офисных программных приложений, информационно - правовые базы и справочные нормативные системы. Требования профессионального стандарта по данному виду профессиональной деятельности. Распорядительные, методические и нормативные документы в области ценообразования и сметного нормирования в строительстве. Структура и порядок разработки, методология формирования сметной стоимости локальных и объектных сметных расчетов стоимости проектно-изыскательских работ, строительства, реконструкции, капитального и текущего ремонта, сноса объектов капитального строительства. Использовать в работе информационно-коммуникационные технологии в профессиональной деятельности для расчета сметной стоимости. Определять способы формирования стоимости элементов затрат, характеристик применяемых ресурсов и фактических условий, влияющих на стоимость объектов. Подбирать нормы и единичные расценки с учетом максимального соответствия состава работ и ресурсов применяемого норматива условиям производства работ. Высшее образование, дипломированный специалист, бакалавр Специальность Архитектура и строительство, Техника и технологии строительства, Промышленное и гражданское строительство Экономика строительства (сметное дело) Профессиональный стандарт ПС Специалист по сметному ценообразованию на этапе архитектурно-строительного проектирования, утвержденный приказом Министерства труда и социальной защиты Российской Федерации от 11 марта 2024г. №97н: - ОТФ код А/01.6, А/02.6, А/03.6; - ОТФ код В/01.6, В/02.6
