Соблюдать правила личной гигиены, коротко стричь ногти, не посещать уборную в спецодежде, не работать с гнойничковыми заболеваниями кожи и слизистых, не вносить в помещение раздаточной посторонних предметов, личную одежду, не разрешать находиться в раздаточной посторонним лицам. Поддерживать надлежащее санитарное состояние помещений, мебели, санитарно-технического и другого оборудования столовой и раздаточной, а также холодильников. Обеспечивать раздаточную необходимым количеством посуды для транспортировки, раздачи пищи и кормления пациентов, в соответствии с требованиями санэпидрежима. Регулярно (не реже 1 раза в 2 часа) разносить воду для питья ослабленным и преклонного возраста пациентам.Получать продукты питания и пищу, правильно доставлять ее в отделение для раздачи. Использовать специальную одежду Для транспортировки пищи . Перед раздачей пищи столы в столовой и раздаточной необходимо протереть раствором моюще-дезинфицирующего средства, вымыть руки, надеть халат Для раздачи пищи . Производить раздачу пищи для пациентов согласно предписанным врачом диетам, с соблюдением норм порции и эстетикой подачи пищи.Подогревать и подавать пищу пациентам, которые в часы раздачи пищи находились на исследованиях, процедурах. При этом необходимо учесть, что хранить пищу после ее приготовления можно не более двух часов. После истечения времени хранения ее необходимо утилизировать, как пищевые отходы. После приема пищи производить сбор использованной посуды из столовой. Дезинфицировать, мыть, просушивать, хранить посуду для кормления и раздачи пищи в соответствии с инструкцией по обработке и мытью посуды.
