Участие в подготовке соглашений с государственными бюджетными и автономными учреждениями здравоохранения и образования о предоставлении субсидий на иные цели. Открытие лимитов бюджетных обязательств медицинским организациям по переданным Минздравом полномочиям (специальные социальные выплаты медицинским работникам, меры материального стимулирования обучающимся целевикам, пособия на обзаведение хозяйством, найм жилья). Сбор, анализ и составление отчетности, закрепленной приказами Учреждения, Минздрава. Проведение мероприятий по сбору информации и расчету нормативных затрат на единицу государственных услуг (работ), оказываемых государственными бюджетными и автономными учреждениями здравоохранения и образования; внесение изменений в государственные задания в системе ИСУФ согласно протоколам решения комиссии по исполнению государственного задания. Подготовка соглашений о предоставлении субсидий на государственное задание. Высшее экономическое образование. Опыт работы в государственных бюджетных учреждениях от 1 до 3 лет. Способность анализировать финансовые данные и готовить аналитические отчеты. Навыки работы с нормативными документами и умение разрабатывать финансовые соглашения. Внимательность к деталям и умение работать с большими объемами информации. Готовность к обучению и развитию в профессиональной сфере. Опыт работы в медицинских организациях приветствуется. Опыт работы в программах: электронный бюджет, информационная система управления финансами "САПФИР", система электронного документооборота приветствуется.
