The posting

Организовывать и проводить мероприятия по профилактике неинфекционных заболеваний, диспансеризацию и профилактические медицинские осмотры взрослого населения. Выявлять факторы риска (курение, низкая физическая активность, нерациональное питание, злоупотребление алкоголем и др.) и проводить профилактическое консультирование индивидуальное и групповое (в т. ч. школы пациента ). Мотивировать пациентов к прохождению диспансеризации, вести санитарно-гигиеническое просвещение, участвовать в информационных кампаниях по формированию здорового образа жизни. Осуществлять диспансерное наблюдение за лицами с высоким риском развития заболеваний, при необходимости назначать или корректировать профилактические мероприятия. Обучать граждан (в том числе членов семей пациентов из групп риска) правилам оказания первой помощи при жизнеугрожающих состояниях (острый коронарный синдром, инсульт и т. д.). Вести медицинскую документацию (в том числе в электронной форме), собирать и анализировать данные о проведённых мероприятиях, формировать отчётность, вносить сведения в информационные системы здравоохранения. Координировать работу с другими подразделениями клиники, а также с внешними организациями (органы власти, образовательные учреждения, НКО) в рамках профилактических программ. Участвовать в разработке и внедрении локальных программ профилактики, оказывать методическую поддержку коллегам по вопросам профилактики и ЗОЖ.

Высшее образование специалитет по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия . Послевузовская подготовка по специальности Терапия либо Общая врачебная практика (семейная медицина) . Действующая аккредитация специалиста по специальности Терапия (или сертификат специалиста для специалистов, получивших его до перехода на аккредитацию). Знание порядков оказания медицинской помощи, клинических рекомендаций и стандартов, регламентирующих профилактическую работу. Уверенное владение ведением медицинской документации в электронном виде. Навыки коммуникации и просветительской работы: умение доступно объяснять, мотивировать пациентов, работать с возражениями. Готовность к аналитической работе и отчётности, умение работать с данными и информационными системами здравоохранения.
