The posting

1. Осуществляет планирование расходов учреждения. 2. Формирует бюджетную смету учреждения и обоснования (расчеты) плановых сметных показателей, применяемых при составлении и ведении бюджетных смет. 3. Выполняет статистическую и бюджетную отчетность в пределах своей компетенции: - отчет по форме 3-ОИП Сведения о численности и заработной плате работников; - сведения о численности работников областных государственных бюджетных учреждений, подведомственных главному распорядителю средств областного бюджета, и фактических затратах на их денежное содержание; - сведения о среднемесячной заработной плате руководителя и сотрудников учреждения. 4. Осуществляет контроль за первичной документацией по материальным запасам: - ГСМ - правильность оформления путевых листов; - товароматериальные ценности (запчасти, канцтовары, спецодежда и т.п.) ведомости на списание, ведомости на перемещение товароматериальных ценностей между подотчетными лицами. 5. Осуществляет финансовый контроль за целевым использованием средств, соблюдением финансовой дисциплины и своевременностью расчетов. 6. Принимает участие в проведении инвентаризации материальных ценностей. Составляет, оформляет, проверяет первичные документы в отношении формы, полноты, правильности оформления, реквизитов. 7. Обеспечивает правильное и своевременное оприходование и списание товарно-материальных ценностей. 8. Ежемесячно производит сверку данных аналитического учета с данными складского учета у материально-ответственных лиц. 9. Составляет письма в статистические, экономические службы и другие органы в пределах своей компетенции. 10. Участвует в проведении инвентаризации учреждений. - следит за сохранностью документов, оформляет их в соответствии с установленным порядком для передачи в архив; - выполняет прочие задания или поручения по экономической работе и в пределах своей компетенции по распоряжениям директора учреждения. В его отсутствие выполняет поручения первого заместителя директора учреждения. 11. Не разглашает ставшие известными сведения о персональных данных сотрудников учреждения. 12. Не разглашает сведения о получателях социальных услуг, ставших специалисту известными. 13. Соблюдает в процессе выполнения своих должностных обязанностей кодекс этики и служебного поведения.
