Основные обязанности: Проверка исполнительной документации, представленной подрядными организациями на соответствие техническому заданию (исполнительные чертежи и схемы, сертификаты качества материалов, акты освидетельствования скрытых работ, акты освидетельствования ответственных конструкций, журналов работ и т. п.); Участие в составлении папки приёмки и сдачи объекта в эксплуатацию; Контроль производства работ подрядных организаций на соответствие техническому заданию и графику производства работ; Проверка соответствия, рабочей документации стадия «РД», проектной документации стадия «П», нормам, техническим условиям, техническому заданию, составу разделов проектной документации и требованиях к их содержанию в соответствии с Постановлению Правительства РФ от 16.02.2008 87; Приёмка предъявляемых подрядчиками объёмов выполненных видов СМР по формам КС-2, КС-3, с последующим подписанием полного перечня прилагаемых документов исполнительной документации; Подготовка комплекта тендерной документации (формирование технических заданий, расчет/ведомость объемов работ, наполнение тендерной документации критериями отбора претендентов), работа с перспективными подрядчиками участвующими в тендерах; Формирование перспективных и текущих планов работ в части капитального строительства, реконструкции, капитального и текущего ремонта на объектах; Знание основных аспектов по 223-ФЗ. Условия: Оформление по ТК РФ. Обслуживание по ОМС в ведомственной поликлинике Управления делами Президента РФ (УДП РФ). Работник, члены его семьи имеют право на санаторно-курортное лечение и оздоровительный отдых в медицинских организациях УДП РФ. Заработная плата обсуждается индивидуально.

Высшее техническое образование (ПГС); Работы с базами данных, с внутренними и периферийными устройствами компьютера, с информационно-телекоммуникационными сетями, знаниями компьютерных программ (Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point); Знание нормативно-правовой базы и умение с ней работать; Знание состава и требований к формированию исполнительной документации; Понимание полного цикла реализации проектов.
