На главного бухгалтера возлагаются следующие функции: 2.1. Руководство работой специалистов бухгалтерии. 2.2. Организация ведения налогового учета и составления налоговой отчетности. 2.3. Организация исчисления и уплаты взносов в государственные внебюджетные фонды, составления соответствующей отчетности 2.4. Обеспечение представления налоговой отчетности и отчетности в государственные внебюджетные фонды в соответствующие адреса и в установленные сроки 2.5. Контроль ведения налогового учета и составления налоговой отчетности и отчетности в государственные внебюджетные фонды в экономическом субъекте 2.6. Обеспечение необходимыми документами при проведении внутреннего и внешнего аудита (ревизий, налоговых и иных проверок), подготовка соответствующих документов о разногласиях по результатам аудита (ревизий, налоговых и иных проверок) 2.7. Обеспечение сохранности документов и регистров налогового учета, налоговой отчетности и отчетности в государственные внебюджетные фонды и последующей их передачи в архив 2.8. Формирование налоговой политики 2.9. Обеспечение представления бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности в соответствующие адреса в установленные сроки 2.10. Счетная и логическая проверка правильности формирования числовых показателей отчетов, входящих в состав бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности 2.11. Формирование пояснений к бухгалтерскому балансу и отчету о финансовых результатах 2.12. Обеспечение подписания руководителем экономического субъекта бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности 2.13. Обеспечение необходимыми документами бухгалтерского учета при проведении внутреннего и внешнего аудита (ревизий, налоговых и иных проверок), подготовка соответствующих документов о разногласиях по результатам аудита (ревизий, налоговых и иных проверок) 2.14. Контроль за отражением на счетах бухгалтерского учета всех осуществленных хозяйственных операций. 2.15. Контроль за составлением в установленные сроки бухгалтерской, налоговой и статистической отчетности и представлением ее в соответствующие органы, а также проведением экономического анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности учреждения и предоставление оперативной информации о финансовом состоянии учреждения. 2.16. Организация бухгалтерского учета финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и контроля за экономичным использованием ресурсов предприятия и сохранностью ее собственности. 2.17. Осуществление контроля за правильностью расходования фонда заработной платы, соблюдением штатной, финансовой и кассовой дисциплины, за взысканием дебиторской задолженности и погашением кредиторской задолженности, соблюдением платежной дисциплины. 2.18. Применение современных информационных технологий для формирования системы бухгалтерского учета.
