Работа с системой управления проектами (СУПД): Сбор и консолидация информации по проектам/инициативам, формирование производственной отчётности. Обеспечение актуальности и полноты данных в СУПД, администрирование портфеля активностей (оформление новых, закрытие, актуализация ответственных). Обмен данными между системами (СУПД УПП, 1С, СУТЗ). Ведение и актуализация справочников СУПД. Проверка детальных календарно-сетевых планов ИТ-активностей на соответствие ЛНД. Фиксация базовых параметров проектов по запросам пользователей. Консультационная поддержка: Консультирование пользователей по статусам проектов, ошибкам заполнения карточек, методологическая поддержка проектных команд. Документооборот и отчётность: Подготовка и согласование внутренней и внешней отчётности по проектам. Формирование отчётов по проектной деятельности. Общие обязанности: Выполнение поручений руководителя, информирование о ходе работ и отклонениях. Изучение и соблюдение локальных нормативных документов (ЛНД), участие в их разработке и актуализации. Соблюдение коммерческой тайны, правил работы с конфиденциальной информацией, требований по управлению рисками и противодействию коррупции. Исполнение иных обязанностей согласно трудовому законодательству и локальным актам.

Необходимые знания: Офисное ПО: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio, Project. Стандарты коммуникации с пользователями. Необходимые навыки: Разработка методологических материалов (регламентов, процедур) по управлению проектами. Работа с большими объёмами информации: сбор, обобщение, систематизация. Многозадачность, ведение документооборота и деловой переписки. Анализ входных и исходных данных. Дополнительные преимущества: Экспертные знания офисного ПО (особенно Excel: сводные таблицы, макросы, Power Query, консолидационные модели). Наличие сертификатов по офисному ПО.
