1. Осуществляет руководство деятельностью детского отделения в соответствии с положением об Отделении, его функциями и задачами. 2. Осуществляет санитарно-просветительскую работу. 3. Оказание квалифицированной специализированной медицинской помощи детскому населению. 4. Осуществляет руководство лечебно-диагностическими мероприятиями, контроль качества и эффективности лечебно-профилактической деятельности. 5. Проверяет качество, полноту обследования, своевременность и обоснованность направления. 6. Внедряет в клиническую практику современные методы диагностики и лечения, направленных на улучшение качества и эффективности медицинской помощи. 7. Оказывает консультативную помощь больным детям из других отделений медицинской организации. 8. Организует работу по контролю качества медицинской деятельности Отделения и оказание методической поддержки. 9. Принимает участие в организации консилиумов для решения клинико-экспертных вопросов. 10. Осуществляет подбор и обучение персонала Отделения. 11. Проводит инструктажи врачей и среднего медицинского персонала по вопросам оформления медицинской документации, нормам поведения в медицинской организации и правилам внутреннего трудового распорядка. 12. Проводит на базе медицинской организации врачебные и сестринские научно-практические конференции, лекции, доклады по актуальным вопросам диагностики, лечения и профилактики заболеваний. 13. Координирует деятельность Отделения с другими структурными подразделениями медицинской организации, обеспечивает их взаимосвязь в работе. 14. Осуществляет регулярный контроль за работой врачей, среднего и младшего медицинского персонала Отделения, в том числе за правильностью поставленных диагнозов, качеством проводимого лечения. 15. Обеспечивает соблюдение требований трудового законодательства и охраны труда работников Отделения. 16. Принимает меры по обеспечению выполнения работниками Отделения своих должностных обязанностей и правил трудового распорядка, требований стандартизации и метрологического обеспечения исследований, измерений, испытаний. 17. Разрабатывает перспективные и текущие планы работы Отделения, осуществляет контроль за выполнением этих планов. 18. Анализирует работу Отделения за квартал, полугодие, год, представляет отчет о работе Отделения в установленном порядке. 19. Осуществляет контроль за качеством ведения медицинской документации. 20. Ведет отчетную документацию. 21. Составляет графики работы персонала Отделения. 22. Способствует повышению трудовой мотивации и профессиональной квалификации работников Отделения. 23. Систематически повышает свою квалификацию.
