разработка и контроль функционирования системы управления охраной труда в соответствии с государственными нормативными требованиями, целями и задачами организации, рекомендациями стандартов в сфере безопасности; контроль за соблюдением в структурных подразделениях нормативных правовых актов по охране труда; организация информирования работников о состоянии условий и охраны труда на рабочих местах, существующих профессиональных рисках, компенсациях и мерах защиты; контроль за своевременностью и полнотой обеспечения работников средствами индивидуальной защиты; выявление потребности в обучении работников в области охраны труда; участие в расследовании несчастных случаев на производстве и профессиональных заболеваний, анализ причин и разработка мероприятий по их предотвращению; организация контроля за состоянием и исправностью средств индивидуальной и коллективной защиты; участие в разработке разделов коллективного договора, связанных с охраной труда, контроль за подготовкой предложений структурных подразделений для включения в план мероприятий по улучшению условий труда; проводит вводный инструктаж по охране труда и технике безопасности с вновь прибывшими работниками; проводит периодическое обучение по охране труда и технике безопасности; организация и контроль своевременного составления и предоставления отчётности по установленным формам.

- высшее образование магистратура или специалитет, либо высшее образование (непрофильное) магистратура, специалитет и дополнительное профессиональное образование программы профессиональной переподготовки в области охраны труда; - стаж работы в области охраны труда не менее 5 лет; - регулярное повышение квалификации (рекомендуемая периодичность не реже 1 раза в 5 лет либо чаще при существенных изменениях нормативной базы) и обучение по охране труда с проверкой знаний требований охраны труда.
