- организовывать работу по контролю качества медицинской деятельности - контролировать проведение мероприятий, направленных на повышение качества лечебно-диагностической и профилактической работы поликлиники. - участвовать в разработке индикативных показателей деятельности - осуществлять контроль за выполнением порядков и стандарта; оказания медицинской помощи. - осуществлять организацию и проведение мероприятий, направленных на снижение об щей и инфекционной заболеваемости с временной утратой трудоспособности, инвалидности, общей смертности населения. - контролировать составление рациональных графиков работы персонала - осуществлять преемственность в работе поликлиники и стационара. - контролировать внедрение в работу новых средств и методов профилактики, диагностики и лечения, так же новых организационных форм оказания медицинской помощи насе лению и работу персонала. - осуществлять контроль за оснащением современным медицинским обору дованием и работой оборудования. - вести прием населения и сотрудников, своевременно рассматривает предложения, за явления и жалобы пациентов, принимает по каждому из них конкретные меры. - организовывать врачебные конференции по вопросам качества оказания меди финской помо щи. - организовывать повышение квалификации специалистов - осуществлять контроль за ведением медицинской документации, статистического учета и отчетности - осуществлять контроль за выполнением приоритетного национального проекта Здоро вье - осуществлять контроль за проведением диспансеризации прикреплённого вселения. - при выполнении платных услуг руководствуется перечнем платных услуг, утвержденным Правительством Пензенской области.
