1.1.Осуществляет качественное руководство отделом, обеспечивает выполнение задач отделом. 1.2. Обеспечивает комплекс услуг по культурно-массовому досугу и создает условия для развития досуга населения, возрождения и укрепления детского и семейного творчества, семейно-бытовых традиций. 1.3. Разрабатывает план по своему направлению с учётом режима работы учреждения, согласовывает их с руководством учреждения, заинтересованными организациями и лицами. 1.4. Изучает спрос населения и организует работу отдела для горожан разных возрастных групп и социальных категорий, в том числе на платной основе. 1.5. Составляет сметы мероприятий, готовит заявки на материалы, необходимые для организации мероприятий. 1.6. Готовит проекты договоров по своему направлению. 1.7. Организует работу специалистов отдела по выполнению муниципального задания. 1.8. Обеспечивает технически правильную эксплуатацию оборудования, находящегося в ведении отела. 1.9. Осуществляет подбор и расстановку кадров отдела, их использование. 1.10. Организует обучение и работу по повышению квалификации работников отдела. 1.11. Оказывает специалистам отдела своевременную методическую помощь. 1.12. Проверяет сценарии мероприятий, дает рекомендации по их усовершенствованию. 1.13. Принимает меры по предотвращению и ликвидации конфликтных ситуаций в коллективе. 1.14. Рассматривает претензии, связанные с неудовлетворительным обслуживаем посетителей, проводит необходимые организационно-технические мероприятия. 1.15. Осуществляет анализ проведенных мероприятий, дает рекомендации по устранению недостатков. 1.16. Контролирует соблюдение руководителями производственной и трудовой дисциплины, правил по охране труда, технике безопасности, пожарной безопасности. Принимает меры по созданию необходимых условий труда, обеспечению работников необходимым оборудованием, материалами. 1.17. Вносит предложения на поощрение или наложение взысканий на специалистов отдела. 1.18. Самостоятельно повышает свой профессиональный уровень. 1.19. Разрабатывает самостоятельно сценарные планы, сценарии, используя в своей работе инновационные формы и современные методы досуга населения. 1.20. Сотрудничает с органами и учреждениями культуры и искусства, образования, спорта, социальной защиты по своему направлению. 1.21. Организует работы по рекламированию и информированию населения о плане культурно-массовых мероприятий. 1.22. Планирует и организует мероприятия различных форм. 1.23. Ведет и своевременно предоставляет установленную отчетность, в том числе: планы и отчеты по направлению работы, авансовые отчеты, программы-рапортички в РАО, ВОИС.
