ЧЕМ ПРЕДСТОИТ ЗАНИМАТЬСЯ: Привлечение новых B2B-клиентов в компанию и развитие их портфеля; Расчет потенциала территории объектов и B2B-клиентов (товарооборот, маржинальность); Выезды к клиентам, посещение объектов строительства; Проведение переговоров с клиентами и поставщиками, заключение договоров; Комплексные продажи и помощь в решении запросов B2B-клиентов. ЧТО МЫ ОЖИДАЕМ: Опыт результативного поиска и привлечения клиентов в полях; Опыт ведения переговоров; Готовность к разъездной работе; Навык работы в CRM-системах. Будет являться вашим преимуществом: Опыт продаж в B2B-сегменте; Опыт продаж строительных материалов на рынке B2B. РАБОТА У НАС ЭТО: Официальное трудоустройство на должность "Менеджер по работе с ключевыми клиентами кластера" Фиксированный оклад с 1-го дня работы; График работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00 (сб/вс выходные дни); Оплачиваемый отпуск 31 календарный день; Совокупный уровень дохода от 150 400 (до вычета налогов): фиксированный оклад от 110 400 руб/мес до 132 500 руб/мес до вычета налога (итоговая сумма по результату собеседования); компенсация питания 6000 руб/мес; компенсация транспортных расходов 28 500 руб/мес; Возможность получения премий (по положению о премировании): ежемесячная премия до 5% от оклада (от 5500 руб/мес); квартальная премия до 25% от квартального дохода; Бонус от 10 000 руб. за каждого приведенного друга, который отработал не менее 3 месяцев (премия зависит от действующей акции в магазине); Двойная оплата праздничных и выходных дней, отсутствие штрафов.
