13)заводить вновь поступившие гражданские, уголовные дела, административные дела и дела об административных правонарушениях с составлением описи, принятых мировым судьей к производству; 14)ежедневно составлять и вывешивать списки дел, назначенных мировым судьей к рассмотрению в судебном заседании; 15)извещать участников процесса и других лиц о времени и месте судебного разбирательства и их вызов на судебный участок; 16)проверять явки лиц, которые вызывались в судебное заседание, и отмечать в повестках о времени их нахождения в судебном заседании; 17) вести протоколы судебных заседаний и знакомить с ними участников процесса по их ходатайствам; изготавливать протоколы судебных заседаний в установленные ГПК РФ и УПК РФ сроки; 18)оформлять гражданские, уголовные дела, административные дела и дела об административных правонарушениях после их рассмотрения мировым судьей для передачи секретарю судебного участка, по судебным актам не вступившим в законную силу; 19)своевременное изготавливать и вручать копии судебных документов по рассмотренным и не вступившим в законную силу делам; 20)оформлять документы на оплату проезда вызванным свидетелям, потерпевшим и другим участникам процесса; 21)вести журнал учета дел, назначенных к рассмотрению в судебном заседании, оформлять результата их рассмотрения; 22)выписывать исполнительные документы по делам, решения по которым подлежат немедленному исполнению и передавать их по принадлежности; 23)обеспечивать сдачу дел секретарю судебного участка на дальнейшее исполнение; 24)работать с системой ПК судебное делопроизводство АИС Мировой судья (ПИ АМИРС ) и вносить сведения по делам, а именно: 25)вносить в ПИ АМИРС Ф.И.О. обвиняемого, свидетелей, потерпевших, правонарушителей, адвокатов, прокуроров, представителей, истцов, ответчиков, других участников судебных дел; сведения по вещественным доказательствам; иную информацию, касающуюся рассмотрения судебных дел. Формировать первичные сведения в учетно статистических карточках, отмечать движение судебных дел в ПИ АМИРС по мере их рассмотрения; 26)регистрировать назначенные к слушанию дела; 27)регистрировать процессуальные документы до вынесения мировым судьей решения по делу; 28)регистрировать документы-определения о подготовке дела к судебному разбирательству; 29)вести протокол предварительного судебного заседания и вносить результат предварительного судебного заседания в систему ПИ АМИРС; 30)регистрировать процессуальные документы до вынесения мировым судьей решения по делу и иные процессуальные документы, входящие в состав дела (дата вынесения, сущность), с учетом процессуальных сроков, предусмотренных действующим законодательством для изготовления вышеуказанных судебных актов; 31)иные процессуальные документы, входящих в состав дела, не вступившие в законную силу; 32)вносить результаты слушания по делу, причины отложения, дата и время проведения последующих заседаний; 33)вносить результаты судебного слушания в ПИ АМИРС;
